One takeaway:
I took from the class aside increased tolerance for the heat and the familiarity for the sequence. However that actually has been able to strengthen my practice in a hot style which is pretty cool. My foot is wrapping more to my Achilles tendon in full eagle leg.
One admiration:
Brenda is very clear and refined in her language and direction of queues and safety for all stages of a pose. She also appreciates the well being of her students by giving variation and space for exploration. I enjoyed her weaving of theme to give something for me to munch on intellectually through the familiarity of the asana.
