I have never taken a 7am class in my life let alone it being HOT. I got up and was able to do parts of the class and also enjoy Julie and her pure passion and knowledge for the lineage.

Julie down right cares, she is absolutely passionate for hot yoga and it’s important that we always stand behind what we do. Julie is the epitome of that.
