R&R: Reboot & Restore
R&R is a 2.5 hour full-body, floor-based experience designed to gently reboot and restore the parasympathetic nervous system. This custom class blends equal length elements of Yin, Restorative, and Gentle Hatha Yoga with Meditation techniques and Yoga Nidra, Pranayama (breathwork), myofascial self-release (MFSR) and optional hands-on assists.
Set in a dim, room-temperature space, the practice moves slowly and mindfully. Expect longer-held yin/restorative-based postures paired with gentle hatha movement, breathwork, ball work, and subtle transitions for a deeply embodied and integrative experience.
Using props like bolsters, massage balls, blocks, and straps, R&R invites you to soften, release, and reconnect with often-overlooked areas of the body. This is your invitation to explore stillness, recovery, and self-awareness—beyond the intensity of yang-style yoga and fitness.
R&R is perfect for all-levels of experience with Yoga, fitness and movement and an accessible gateway for people who live with a busy mind that seeks a pause and some TLC.

R&R is offered every 2-3 months currently through my home studio, Casa Copal Yoga in Kitsilano. I plan to increase these offerings of R&R to be monthly, if not bi-weekly mini or full day retreats.
