I’m a trauma-informed yoga and mat Pilates teacher based in Vancouver. I’m proudly Queer and a late-diagnosed neurodivergent human (Mild Autism, ADHD, NVLD, Anxiety). I bring lived experience into everything I share. With that experience I create brave, inclusive, low-barrier spaces. My teaching focuses are on nervous system care, choice-based language, and neutralizing the noise within the mind. Teaching since 2013, I’ve trained in over 1,000 hours of therapeutic yoga, trauma-informed practices, adaptive movement, and energy work.
I’m working toward C-IAYT certification which will finish in Spring 2026.
I am also the creator of these core brand pillars:
New offerings are on the way. These include a podcast, newsletter and fresh YouTube content. There will also be local workshops, events, and resources. These are for neurodivergent, 2SLGBTQIA+, and non-conforming folks and their allies or aides.
I had the privilege of co-hosting Pardon My Mind—a mental/cognitive health podcast on YouTube. My special interests include gaming, sensory fidget tools, reality TV, Asian cuisine, and all things pop culture.
